18+ Age & Eligibility

SleazyWorld is for adults only.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in SleazyWorld. Verification is treated as a separate trust control so protected actions do not depend on self-declared age alone.

If the minimum-age requirement is not met, the verification flow cannot proceed.

Who can participate

Adult eligibility applies across the platform. Verification depth depends on the role and action.

SleazyWorld separates the basic account, role onboarding and protected role capabilities so eligibility can be enforced at the appropriate stage.

Member

Adult participation

Members must meet the platform's 18+ rule. A Member verification flow exists for actions or trust contexts that require identity verification.

Host

Verified role operation

Host onboarding includes identity evidence, and Host eligibility/discoverability is tied to verification and onboarding state.

Companion

Age-verified protected controls

Companion protected controls require adult eligibility, identity verification, completed onboarding and an active location.

Verification model

Age is checked inside the identity-verification case.

The current verification service records the participant's role, identity type, encrypted identity number, date of birth, age requirement state, evidence and review status.

01

Choose an identity type

The current contract supports national ID, passport and alien ID identity types.

02

Provide date of birth

The platform calculates whether the configured minimum age is satisfied before a verification case can proceed.

03

Upload required evidence

Required document evidence depends on the chosen identity type and must be complete before submission.

04

Submit for review

Submitted cases can move into review and are then approved or rejected through the verification workflow.

05

Eligibility is projected to the role

A verified case can activate role-specific verification state; Companion age verification is explicitly projected to Companion eligibility.

Verification states

Verification is not a permanent yes/no flag.

The current architecture records distinct case states so participants can understand whether verification has started, is being reviewed, needs attention or is no longer current.

Not startedNo current verification case.
DraftEvidence is still being prepared.
SubmittedThe case has been sent for review.
Under reviewA review decision is pending.
VerifiedThe current case satisfies verification requirements.
RejectedThe case needs attention before eligibility can be established.
ExpiredA previously valid verification is no longer current.
Underage concerns

Do not continue an interaction when age is in doubt.

If you believe another participant may be under 18, treat that as a safety concern rather than trying to investigate the person yourself.

01

Stop the interaction

Do not continue private or real-world engagement while there is a credible underage concern.

02

Use the Safety Center

Submit an underage concern report against the relevant account or engagement.

03

Block if appropriate

Use the report-and-block option when you need to stop future direct interaction.

04

Escalate immediate danger

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency or child-protection authority first.

Eligibility FAQ

The 18+ rule in practical terms.

Age eligibility is a platform requirement; verification determines when the system has enough evidence to activate protected role capabilities.

What is the minimum age?

SleazyWorld is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. The current verification service uses a configurable minimum age set to 18 for eligibility checks.

Which identity types are supported?

The current verification contract accepts national ID, passport and alien ID. Required evidence can vary by identity type.

Does a profile saying “18+” count as verification?

No. Profile information and verification state are separate. When a protected action requires verification, the relevant verification case must satisfy the platform's eligibility rules.

What happens if the date of birth does not meet the minimum age?

The verification service rejects creation of an adult-eligibility case when the supplied date of birth does not meet the configured minimum age.

What should I do about a suspected underage account?

Stop the interaction and report it through the Safety Center using the underage-concern category. Do not try to work around the platform's age rules.

18+ is the starting point, not the only safety control.
