1. Scope and who operates SleazyWorld
SleazyWorld is an adults-only social community operated by FortyHives Innovations Ltd. This Privacy Policy applies to the SleazyWorld public website, Member Web experience, mobile applications and related account, safety, support and platform services that link to this policy.
Different product areas expose different information. A public Host profile, for example, is designed for discovery, while private community participation is controlled by Host approval and active membership.
2. Information we collect
The exact information depends on the role and features you use. It may include:
Account & identity
Name, email, phone number, account identifiers, role, authentication records, profile image and account status.
Age & verification
Date of birth, identity-document type, verification status and identity evidence submitted through verification workflows.
Profile & role information
Member, Host or Companion profile fields, Host business/community details, availability, visibility settings and onboarding progress.
Location
Country, selected Place, location-change requests and other location information used for discovery, availability or account eligibility.
Community & interaction data
Join requests, membership status, Host–Companion relationship states, messages, reviews, requests and other interactions created through platform features.
Safety information
Reports, report categories, statements, blocks, evidence, review status and enforcement or restriction information.
Financial & audit records
Where applicable, wallet, subscription, referral, payable, settlement or other financial records needed to operate and audit platform features.
Device & support data
Push-notification tokens, IP/network information, browser or device information, diagnostics, and information you provide when contacting support.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the platform, including to create and authenticate accounts; enforce role and access rules; support location-led discovery; review eligibility and identity evidence; operate community memberships and role relationships; deliver messaging and notifications; investigate safety concerns; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; maintain records; improve reliability; and meet legal, security or compliance obligations.
We do not treat a public profile as permission for unrestricted private access. Access rules remain enforced by the product even when information is discoverable.
4. Visibility and sharing
Some information is intentionally visible to other participants when necessary for the feature you use. This can include public Host profile information, Companion profile information shown through authorized discovery, Member information presented with a join request, and information exchanged inside an approved relationship or community.
We may also disclose information to service providers that help us host, secure, communicate, process payments or operate the service; to authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a corporate transaction. Service providers should receive only the information needed for their function.
5. Retention and account deletion
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing the service, maintaining account and transaction integrity, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, satisfying legal obligations and preserving safety or audit records.
Deleting an account removes or disables the account and access to SleazyWorld. Certain financial, safety, referral, security or audit records may remain where retention is necessary for legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, integrity or safety reasons. 6. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and platform information, including authenticated access, role-aware permissions, private storage for safety evidence, token revocation and restricted administrative workflows. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your password, OTPs and device access.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or request information about how data is handled.
You can update many profile fields from your account. For privacy requests that are not available directly in the product, contact support@sleazy.world. We may need to verify that a request comes from the account holder before acting on it.
8. International processing
SleazyWorld may use infrastructure and service providers in more than one country. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we take steps appropriate to the service and applicable law to protect that information.
9. Adults-only service
SleazyWorld is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that an account does not meet the minimum age requirement, we may restrict or remove access and preserve information where necessary for a safety investigation or legal obligation. Concerns about possible underage participation should be reported through the Safety Center.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product, law or operational practices change. The current version will show its effective and last-updated dates. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or another appropriate channel.
