1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing an authenticated SleazyWorld experience or using SleazyWorld features, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Some roles or features require identity, age, location or other verification before protected controls become available. You must provide accurate information during those processes.
3. Accounts and roles
SleazyWorld supports Member, Host and Companion roles. You are responsible for your account credentials, activity performed through your account and keeping account information reasonably current. Do not share passwords or one-time codes, impersonate another person or create accounts to evade restrictions.
Role-specific permissions are intentional. A Host account, Companion account and Member account do not have identical capabilities, and SleazyWorld may require additional approval before enabling a role or feature.
4. Discovery, requests and community access
Public discovery does not create a right to private access. Members may discover eligible Hosts and submit a join request. A Host decides whether to approve or reject that request. Private community access requires an active approved membership and may later be suspended or revoked.
Referral, recommendation, prior contact or another participant's introduction does not bypass Host approval or any verification, safety or access requirement.
5. Conduct and prohibited use
You must treat other participants with respect and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Harassment, coercion, threats, violence, exploitation, fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, non-consensual content, unlawful conduct, safety-control evasion and attempts to involve underage persons are prohibited.
6. Interactions, consent and offline safety
SleazyWorld provides tools for discovery, communication, access management and safety reporting. It does not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, compatibility or safety of another participant beyond the controls actually described in the product.
Consent is specific and can be withdrawn. A profile, match, Host membership, relationship state, prior interaction or availability setting is not permanent consent to communication, access or any offline activity. Use reasonable precautions for any real-world meeting and contact local emergency services where immediate danger exists.
7. Your content and platform content
You remain responsible for information, photos, messages, reviews, reports and other material you submit. You must have the right to submit it and must not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property or other rights.
You grant SleazyWorld the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, transmit, moderate, back up and process your submitted content for operating and protecting the service. This permission ends when the content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to lawful retention, safety, dispute and backup requirements.
8. Financial, subscription and referral features
If your account uses a subscription, wallet, referral, payable, settlement or other financial feature, additional terms shown with that feature may apply. You must not manipulate payments, referrals, attribution, balances or records, or use financial activity to facilitate fraud or prohibited conduct.
9. Restrictions, suspension and termination
We may limit, hide, suspend, revoke or terminate accounts, profiles, memberships, relationships or features when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect participants, investigate safety concerns, prevent abuse, comply with law or preserve platform integrity. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent loss of access.
You may delete your account using the product controls or the process described on the Account Deletion page.
10. Service availability and changes
Features may change, be added, removed, limited by role or location, or become temporarily unavailable. We may update software, eligibility requirements, safety controls and operational rules as the service evolves.
11. Responsibility and limitations
You are responsible for your decisions, communications and real-world interactions. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SleazyWorld is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every participant will behave appropriately.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the product, law or platform rules change. The current version will show its effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website or another appropriate channel.
